Futures prop firms without a consistency rule
The useful question is where the rule sits. A firm can be easy to pass and hard to withdraw from, or the other way around.
The formula is the same everywhere: best day divided by total profit. Use the calculator before you assume a 40% rule and a 50% rule feel similar. They do not, once one day is half your profit.
No rule once you are funded
Includes plans where you can choose a path with no rule. A choice is not the same as every account. The cell says which.

Plans with no funded consistency rule
Fewer stored days until the first request, then a smaller buffer. If I don't have the days, the row goes last. I don't invent a number. Top picks come first.

Questions people actually ask
Which futures prop firms have no consistency rule?
Read which phase. Tradeify Select, LucidFlex, Take Profit Trader, and FTMO Futures Growth have no consistency rule once you are funded, and they do have one on the evaluation. Apex and MyFundedFutures Builder are the reverse: no rule to pass, then 50% on payouts.
What happens if you break a consistency rule?
At the firms in this table, the account is not failed. The pass is delayed, or the payout button stays hidden, until other green days pull the best day under the percent.
